Returns


We are confident you will love our jewelry! In case there is an issue, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return. If 30 days have passed since then, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its accessories and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@elasaro.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. Please include your name and order number. Also, make sure to attach photos and/or videos of the defective, damaged or incorrect parts of the product so we can evaluate the issue. You are eligible for a replacement if you have received a damaged item. 

Exchanges (If applicable)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is finalized, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds (If applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and make the funds available to you.

Shipping

Once your request for a return is accepted, we will provide you with the address and all other instructions needed. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the returning package.

If you are shipping an item over 60$, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
