We offer Free shipping for all orders over 100€ or the equivalent amount in your currency! Please note that, on average, we require 1 to 3 business days to prepare the jewelry pieces for your order before shipping the package. We prepare your jewelry with great care and take pride in our packaging.

Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. Also, holidays or delays from local delivery companies might impact overall delivery times.

If you have requested design customization for your jewelry, making and preparing the pieces might take slightly longer.

How long will my order take to ship?

As mentioned above, the order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days, to which you can add the estimated delivery times shown below. We provide fast and reliable shipping with tracking.

How to track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the confirmation with a tracking number by email. You can always check the status of delivery on the following page: Order Tracking

If you have not received a tracking number, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at contact@elasaro.com with your order number, name and email. Our team will get back to you with an update.

What do I do if I have entered incorrect information on my order?

Make sure you review all your details correctly before submitting your order. Please notify us immediately via email contact@elasaro.com if there is any incorrect information about your order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Elasaro.com is not liable for any incorrect information provided by you while placing the order. If the package is returned to Elasaro due to an unsuccessful delivery because of wrong information provided by you, then you may be responsible for new shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order once it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order if it has already been shipped. However, you can return the package to us after it has been received. It should be returned to us unused and undamaged within 30 days of reception. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy for more information.
